Zone 12 of South Texas District generally covers the area along the Galveston and southern Houston Ship Channel. We start Ocbober 1, with Baytown, Dickinson, Galveston Noon, LaPorte, Mainland-Texas City, and Pasadena. This website is designed for officers of these clubs. General members are welcome too.

Encouraging Optimism and reinforcing good Optimist practices is the primary goal of this website and your Lt. Gov. Duane Ullman. We can all beneft sharing our good news and bonding our clubs together with our shared motto of "Bringing out the Best in Kids".

The bonding and building relationships among our clubs inspires friendly competition and cooperation. The newer clubs can benefit from the established clubs' years of successful service and model programs. Established clubs can be inspired by new club's enthusiasm in adding new members and innovation.
