If you are a member of America OnLine, we suggest that once you connect to your America OnLine Service, minimize (not close) the AOL application and use one of the Recommended Browsers to connect to MyFamily.com. The America OnLine browsers sometimes do not perform the desired functional behaviors that MyFamily.com wants to provide for its members. If you constantly get the Login Page after logging in, you must set a preference on the AOL browser. Select -Preferences-, click the -Advanced- tab, then from the 'Temporary Internet Files" section select -Settings-. From the Setting pop up box, select "Every visit to the page". This should help the problem. If you have a question that is not addressed here please check the FAQ's. |
